Dr. Pires and his staff were excellent! He was so calm and patient during the procedure, explaining everything. He really put my mind at ease. Would recommend!

Dr. Pires was wonderful! He was so patient and considerate and warm. He talked me through everything and he and his team answered all of my questions. I was really nervous for my procedure, but they made it a breeze.

Dr. Pires is one of the best physicians who has ever cared for me. He finds something special to share with each of his patients and explains everything precisely, in depth, answering all questions. The procedure was smooth and I was given precise instructions on how to care for it, as well as receiving a follow-up call the next day. If you ask a procedure question he not only fills in the blanks, he further explains why things are done that way. His surgery assistant is also top notch and thorough with her explanations. Highly recommend!

Not sure where to begin. Let me start off by saying that the only reason why I am even giving this office two stars to begin with is because Dr. Pires himself is a fantastic periodontist. He is knowledgable and makes patients feel very comfortable. The reason why I am even taking the time out of my day to write this is due to my experience with the office staff. When I called to set up my appointment, I specifically asked if they took my insurance. I was doing my due diligence as a patient to be sure that I was seeing a provider covered under my insurance. She said, "Yes, we accept ____ Insurance." Sounds great. I made my appointment. I showed up and presented my insurance card. I asked the front office receptionist on my way out what my bill would be. She said they would submit it to my insurance and I would pay the balance. Come to find out after I received my EOB from my insurance company, that they are in fact not covered under my insurance and have never had a contract with them. So then I'm asking myself, well why did she tell me when I called to set it up that they accepted my insurance? I called the office and spoke to that same receptionist who then stated that they alway

Visited Dr. Pires yesterday, 8-23-22. He was wonderful. Took at least 20-25 minutes to explain my problems and solutions. Answered all my questions. The staff/nurses were also very nice.

Dr. Pires is a terrific Periodontist. He explained the procedure and took his time to answer all my questions. He explains everything. He is not in my dental network, and even though it will cost me more money to have him do my dental work, it is worth it as he is kind, patient and he knows his stuff. He definitely cares about his patients and their comfort. Emily, Shannon and Sarah, are great. They made me feel welcome from the time I walked in the door. They are very respectful of their patients and that means a lot. The office is very clean and Dr. Pires and his staff made me feel relaxed as he did the work on my tooth. If you need a Periodontist, please go to Dr. Pires. He's the best and you won't regret it.

Dr. Pires is a very nice, educated doctor. Thank you very much. The office ladies and the assistant are also very kind. One of the very few pleasant experiences I’ve had at a dentist office
